I loved the whole experience. I can’t say enough about the staff. Helpful, friendly and polite. It seems as though they couldn’t do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The location was fairly central and an easy walk to the Central Festival shopping mall. I think the beds could do with an upgrade. Mine was a single. I found it hard and sagged in the middle and felt a little lumpy. It wasn’t horrible mind you but for that luxury feel that the Pullman experience delivers, the beds need looking at

The room was big and spacious, the bed comfortable and clean, nice city view. big bathroom and clean, clean towels and hair dryer provided, hot water in the shower with shampoo and body wash. traditional thai massage for 1 hour = 500 baht - amazing the breakfast included, amazing food, variety of items to choose from. good location in the city, 10 minute walk from central plaza, close distance by car from bus and train station.

Location was good ... close to bars and a local supermarket. Also, about a 10 minute walk to Central Plaza. The breakfast was OK, but be aware it's mostly Thai / Asian food ... and I believe, too expensive for what they provided. The pool was fabulous ... large and well maintained. I also recommend the gym ... which had dumbbells, a good selection of weight machines and a good number of walking machines (etc) ... and all kept in good order.

They had the same things on the Breakfast Buffet they need to put out different fruit like mango, pineapple, and papaya. The food needs to be warm and hot. Coffee machines not working need to replace with new ones and they should have 3 instead of 2. They need to extend the Breakfast hours from 06:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. so you can enjoy your breakfast when you get up at 09:00 a.m.
